Due to an unexpected shutdown of one of KH Credit Union’s ATM providers, our ATMs will be experiencing outages and could eventually be down for a period of time. Unfortunately, we are not alone, as this shutdown has impacted financial institutions across the Miami Valley and beyond.

KH Credit Union is actively working on a solution to this matter, including partnering with a new provider of ATM services. We are hopeful that all issues will be alleviated with fully functional service returned within a period of 90 days or less.

In the interim, KH Credit Union’s ITMs (located at Kettering Health Hamilton, Kettering Health Dayton, Kettering Health Main Campus and Kettering Health Miamisburg) are fully functional and available for your use. The ATM at Kettering Health Troy is also fully functional. These ITM’s and ATM are not impacted by the current service issues because they are handled by a different service provider.

We encourage our members to use the ITMs as the best alternative for your transactions at this time. As always, you are welcome to conduct transactions in person at our headquarters between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM Monday through Friday at 7740 Paragon Road. You may also access cash by using the surcharge free ATM network Alliance One, using the ATM locator at this link: https://allianceone.coop/.

You can also access your accounts using the CO-OP Shared Branching Network. You can locate the closest branch using this link: https://co-opcreditunions.org/locator/?ref=co-opsharedbranch.org&sc=1.

We again sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you might encounter and truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Please know that KH Credit Union is actively working on solutions and is committed to keeping all members apprised of our progress as we rectify this situation.

Sincerely,

Bradley Mader
President, KH Credit Union
